About Villa Ranking

Villa Ranking is an unofficial fan site that ranks Love Island contestants — USA, UK, Australia, Love Island Games and All Stars — by their public Instagram follower counts. It's run by Michael Dominguez.

Where the cast lists come from

Line-ups, ages, hometowns, entry/exit days and results come from each season's Wikipedia article (we link the exact revision). Instagram handles come from the fan-run Love Island Wiki and are checked against the public profile name; any we couldn't confirm are labelled “unverified”.

Where the numbers come from

• Counts visible on public, logged-out profile pages, recorded with the date and time we checked. Instagram rounds large accounts (e.g. “1.2M”), so we mark those with ≈.
• For Love Island Australia 2026: counts published by reputable outlets at the cast reveal, with the outlet and date shown.
• Planned: the official Instagram Graph API (Business Discovery), which returns exact counts for Creator and Business accounts.

We never log in to scrape, never estimate, and never invent numbers. If a count can't be verified it shows as “updating soon”. Out of respect, Islanders who have died are not ranked.

Photos

Only freely licensed photos from Wikimedia Commons, credited on each page and on the photo credits page. No broadcaster promo images, press-agency photos or pictures copied from Instagram. Everyone else gets an initials avatar.

Not affiliated

Love Island is a trademark of its owners. Villa Ranking is not affiliated with ITV, ITV Studios, Peacock, NBCUniversal, CBS, Nine, 9Now, Stan or any broadcaster, and uses no official logos.
